About You

I intentionally keep my practice small in order to provide highly personalized and attentive care, and I am committed to providing the best, most ethical services to my clients that I can.

Are We A Fit?

I work with adults throughout the life stage and teens. I have particular expertise working with college-aged students and emerging adulthood (18-29). I work with individuals of all races, ethnicities, spiritual identities, gender identities, sexual orientations, and am trans- and LGBTQ+ affirming.

Areas of specialization include identity discovery and formation, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and reproductive wellness issues. Please see my About Therapy page for further descriptions of my areas of speciality.

A Note About Teens...

Study hall periods or lunch time can provide a good opportunity to meet during the school day if I do not have evening appointments available, and if it doesn’t create additional stress or anxiety for the teen.

I am committed to providing the most ethical and high-quality care to my clients that I can. To do this, I only practice within the scope of my expertise.

Or Are We Not?

I will not be a good fit for you if:

  • You have had a suicide attempt within the past year, or if you are actively engaged in self-harm practices.

  • You are actively struggling with substance abuse or addiction.

  • You are actively engaged in court proceedings, including custody issues and divorce— It is my policy that I do not provide court testimony, either written or verbal.

If any of the above describes you, therapy is an excellent tool to help you on your journey. I encourage you to continue to search for the support you deserve.
